FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We solve your technical questions
The most common questions about implementation, compatibility and operation of our energy management systems.
Grid Code combines expertise in energy consulting, proprietary software and field support, integrating hardware and software in a single solution. We don't sell isolated products: we design a complete ecosystem that ensures efficiency, security and scalability.
It depends on the project size. A standard installation can be operational in a few days, while complex projects (with dozens of chargers and advanced energy management) are implemented in weeks, always under a phased plan that guarantees service continuity.
Our systems are multi-brand and multi-standard. We integrate chargers from manufacturers such as Circutor, Elinta, Webasto, Orbis, Wallbox and other OCPP-1.6/2.0.1 equipment, guaranteeing flexibility and compatibility with the hardware you already have or decide to incorporate.
Not necessarily. Our EVA DLM and PLUS solutions allow you to optimize available energy before expanding contracted power. If your installation requires reinforcement, our team conducts an energy study and proposes the best technical and economic strategy.
We have a continuous assistance SLA: remote monitoring, online incident resolution and field technicians when necessary. We handle both critical incidents and usage queries, with priority according to the urgency of each case.
Yes. Thanks to our local software, chargers can continue operating autonomously in case of connection loss. Once the network is restored, the system synchronizes all data with the cloud, without loss of sessions or records.
No. Our model is not simply selling equipment. We offer a comprehensive ecosystem that combines hardware, proprietary software and consulting and maintenance services to guarantee the long-term success of each project.
Software is the core. Our platforms (EVA DLM, PLUS, NUBA, IRIS) allow you to manage energy, users, payments and maintenance in a centralized, scalable and secure way, complying with standards such as ISO 27001 and 50001.
Yes. Our team analyzes the technical, energy and financial feasibility of each project to optimize resources and ensure a sustainable return on investment.
We are specialized integrators. We don't manufacture chargers, but work with multiple brands and models, ensuring compatibility, technological independence and freedom of choice for the client.
Beyond solving incidents, we do proactive management: we monitor consumption, optimize configurations and anticipate maintenance needs to maximize infrastructure availability.
Our systems localize and protect the access point: chargers do not directly expose the network, but go through our software, reducing the attack surface and guaranteeing secure communications.
We work with energy companies, charging operators, real estate companies, residential communities and corporates, adapting each project to its scale and usage model.
All our solutions are designed to grow from 1 to hundreds of chargers without losing control, thanks to a modular design that integrates new functions and users without the need to redo the installation.
