Grid Code is a commercial brand and an integrating identity for coordination and communication, under which different technological solutions linked to the energy transition are articulated.

Grid Code does not constitute an independent legal entity or commercial entity. Its functions are limited to acting as a hub for advertising, dissemination and concentration of information related to its strategic partners, as well as articulating a common identity for communication purposes.

In accordance with art. 10 of Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE) and Directive (EU) 2019/770, you are informed that the collaborating companies are the sole non-delegable and personal responsible parties for the execution of each solution, within the delimited scope of competence and in accordance with the contract, invoice or binding document signed with the client.

Grid Code's vision is framed within the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG 2030), the Kyoto Protocol and the Paris Agreement on climate change, promoting a more efficient and connected energy model.

This orientation does not alter the contractual framework described in the previous clause, but rather reinforces Grid Code's character as a communication hub, through the dissemination of sustainable practices adopted by collaborating companies in their own projects.

Services disseminated under the Grid Code identity include, by way of illustration and not limitation:

Contractual execution, billing and legal responsibility rest exclusively with the responsible collaborating entity, in accordance with the binding document accepted by the client.

Grid Code promotes diversity, equal opportunities and intercultural respect as cross-cutting values in its network of collaborators. The training of local technicians and the generation of regional employment is encouraged.

These statements are guiding principles and do not alter the closed obligational nature defined in the contract with the collaborating company responsible for each service.

Through the Grid Code Partner Program, an international network of certified collaborators is articulated, ensuring support in any region and constituting the basis for future cooperation, licensing or local franchise models.

Each partner maintains its delimited scope of competence and assumes in a personal and inalienable manner the contractual obligations derived from its activity, in accordance with the applicable regulations in its jurisdiction.

Grid Code promotes the adoption of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) criteria among its strategic partners, fostering transparency, respect for human rights and responsible environmental management.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is specified that the binding obligations of implementation and reporting rest exclusively with the collaborating companies, which act as responsible parties within their scope of competence.

Collaborating companies are solely and exclusively responsible for the treatment, final disposal and waste management derived from the products or services they supply, in compliance with Directive 2008/98/EC and other applicable regulations.

Grid Code actively promotes the circular economy and the reduction of environmental impacts in the energy transition, without this implying the assumption of direct responsibility in the material management of said waste.

Access to the Grid Code website is purely informative and referral in nature. The contents are provided without guarantees of accuracy or universal validity, with legal validity corresponding only to contracts signed with collaborating companies.

Users agree to use the site in accordance with good faith, applicable regulations and digital netiquette. Grid Code does not guarantee availability, continuity or absence of errors in published content.

Inquiries are channeled through https://grid-code.tech or via email connect@grid-code.tech , which are purely informative and referral in nature, without generating any contractual relationship with Grid Code.

This document constitutes the only valid, binding definition with strictly exhaustive effects on the role of Grid Code as a commercial brand, with a closed obligational nature.

No extensive interpretation, analogy or supplementary rule may attribute to Grid Code obligations other than those expressly provided herein.
