Can I manage chargers from different brands from a single platform?
Yes. EVA DLM and PLUS (CPMS) support OCPP, meaning any OCPP-compatible charger (most manufacturers) can be controlled from the same place, without needing separate apps per brand.
What is dynamic load management (DLM) and why should I care?
DLM distributes available power among multiple chargers in real-time. If your installation has 20A max and 5 cars charge simultaneously, DLM decides how much each gets to avoid tripping the meter. Prevents outages and reduces contracted power costs.
How often do charging points need maintenance?
Modern chargers need annual inspection (safety check, contact verification, firmware). IRIS automates the schedule and alerts us if corrective service is needed. With remote monitoring, we detect issues before they fail.
What regulations require companies to install charging points?
In Spain, RD 56/2016 requires companies with >20 parking spaces at headquarters to reserve a minimum of 4 equipped or pre-equipped charging points. Plan MOVES III subsidizes up to 70%. We have experience meeting these requirements.
What happens if a charger fails? Who responds and how long?
NUBA automatically detects any failure (offline, communication error, anomaly). We're notified instantly. A Grid Code network technician contacts within 30 minutes and arrives on-site within 24h per SLA. You always know what's happening.
How can I scale my infrastructure without rebuilding everything?

What's the difference between a basic charger and a smart charger for business?
